摘要 为了实现CAD/CAPP集成化 ,在原有的交互式CAPP系统中删除了零件信息输入模块 ,取而代之的是直接读取CAD所形成的零件加工信息数据库的接口模块 ,这样在进行零件工艺设计时 ,只需要输入零件图号 ,提高了工艺设计速度 ,避免了工艺设计输入时可能发生的错误 实现了CAD/CAPP之间数据的直接传递和数据共享的目的 文中的集成思想是建立在“特征图形单元”建模原理的基础上开发的 ,并通过港口机械的轴类零件得到验证 。 In order to make CAD and CAPP integration,based on the previous interactive CAPP system,the information of interface module,which is produced in CAD in information database of parts' machining,is directly read.And the module of parts' information is deleted.So,in the design of parts' technology,simply figure number is input.Forever,the speed is picked up and the mistake in it is avoided.In such a way,the data is transferred immediately between CAD and CAPP and the data is shared.Based on the modeling principle of figure feature unit,the integrated thought of this paper has been validated in the CAD/CAPP integrated system of shaft type parts in harbor machine,and its technical specification is up to enterprise standard.
