摘要
三门峡和小浪底水库作为黄河中游两座重要的控制性枢纽工程 ,两库联合调度可以有效调节黄河下游水资源 ,提高水资源利用效率。以黄河下游非汛期水量调度需求为牵引 ,考虑黄河下游水资源短缺现状和小浪底水库兴利目标等级次序 ,建立了符合实际的三门峡和小浪底水库非汛期联合调度模型。与以往研究相比 。
To meet the water demands in the Lower Yellow River in the non-flood periods, a mathematical model for combined regulation of the Xiaolangdi and the Sanmenxia reservoirs has been established after considering the current water-shortage situations and different grades of beneficial goals to be effected by the Xiaolangdi Reservoir. The model has been proven to be more applicable and is used more conveniently than the previously established ones.
