摘要
本文结合黄河小浪底水利枢纽工程排沙洞预应力混凝土衬砌方案论证 ,介绍了在施工现场进行的采用双层双圈环形无粘结预应力钢绞线和单圈有粘结预应力钢绞线对衬砌混凝土施加预应力的 1∶1模型试验研究概况。对两种模型在预应力施加阶段管壁混凝土的环向应力、径向应力和径向变形以及管壁混凝土出现环形裂缝的原因等试验结果进行了对比分析 ,并从结构性能、施工程序、材料用量、防腐维护等方面对其技术的先进性和经济性进行了综合评价 。
Combined with the plan demonstration of high performance prestressed concrete liner for sediment tunnels of the XiaoLangdi Multipurpose Dam Project on Yellow River, it is introduced that two full scale models tested in situ of prestressed concrete liner respectively with double circle unbonded strands and single circle bonded strands. Comparative analysis of liner concrete circumferential stress, radial stress and radial displacement of these two model tests are presented. The reason caused ring like cracks was analyzed. Based on general evaluation in technological progress and economical efficiency enclosed structural behaviors, construction program, material usage, anticorrosion of anchorage and maintenance during service life, design plan with unboned strands is affirmed, suggestions be improved in design and problems be considered during construction are proposed.
