旧城改造是城市成长与发展过程中的必经之路 ,也是城市规划中的一部分重要内容 .当前旧城改造中面临的主要问题之一是处理好旧城中景观保护、利用与开发之间的关系 .文章以玉环县坎门镇为例 ,提出了旧城改造中的景观保护。

The old city rebuilding is the essential way of cities' development; at the same time it becomes an emphasis of urban planning. The main task of the old city planning is the disposing of relations among protection, utilization, and exploitation in landscape planning. Yuhuan island is the typical old mountainous city at the seashore. The abundant natural and cultural resources are the good factors of the landscape designing. The paper has made some beneficial exploration for landscape organizing and creating in the old mountainous city, and puts forward some essential thoughts about protection, utilization and exploitation.
