摘要
经过 3 a调查研究 ,从秦巴山区的野生虫草中分离出新的虫草菌种 ,通过在家蚕蛹和 5龄蚕体上培养 ,获得了与天然虫草形态相似的家蚕蛹虫草和 5龄蚕虫草 ,暂定名为秦巴虫草。试验证明其生物转化率在80 %以上 ,定向培养子座发生率在 48%左右 ,家蚕蛹虫草干重为 0 .2 1~ 0 .2 8g/个 ,5龄蚕虫草单个体重为0 .3 2~ 0 .40 g/条。
By 3 years′ study, some new isolates of aweto were isolated from wild germpasm of aweto in Qinba Mountain Area.By means of cultivation of pupa and 5 instar larva of silkworm,the pupa aweto and larva aweto which were similar to the natural aweto, were abtained. This artificial aweto was named as 'Qinba Aweto'. The exeperiment showed that the bio transform rate was more than 80%,and the producing rate of ascostroma was about 48% . The dry weight of pupa aweto of silkworm was 0.21~0.28 g,and the dry weight of 5 instar larva aweto was 0.32~0.48 g.
