葡萄种子单宁含量的遗传研究

Inheritance Studies on the Seed Tannin Contents in Vitis

通过对中国野葡萄毛葡萄 (V.qinquangularis Rehd)与欧洲葡萄品种 (V.vinifera L.) 2个杂交组合亲本及 F1 代种子单宁含量的分析表明 ,葡萄种子单宁具数量遗传特征 ,F1 代值多分布于中亲值附近 ,且毛葡萄比欧洲葡萄略有遗传优势。

After analyzing the seed tannin contents of both parents and F 1 individuals(107 plants gogether) with 2 cross combinations of V.ququinquangularis (Chinese wild vitis ) and V.vinifera cultivars, the result indicated that the seed tannin contents was characterized by the quantitative inheritance. The majority of F 1 individuals distributed near the mid parent,and the heritability of V.quinquangularis was a little more than that of V.vinifera .
