摘要 用一定浓度的 Zn2 + 、Mn2 + 、Fe2 + 和 Cu2 + 溶液培养水稻幼苗 ,对水稻幼苗生长及生理活性物质的影响进行研究。结果表明 :用 Mn SO4 溶液培养的幼苗新生叶尖全部枯黄 ,叶片相对较短 ,根系生长受到抑制。用 Zn SO4 、Cu SO4 溶液培养的幼苗 ,叶呈黄绿色 ,苗株矮小 ,根系衰退。用 Fe SO4 溶液培养的幼苗 ,叶呈深绿色 ,苗株长势旺盛 ,根系长势良好。Mn2 +使水稻超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性明显减弱 ,Cu2 +、Fe2 +使水稻 SOD活性明显增强 ,Zn2 +对水稻 SOD活性无明显影响。不同金属离子浓度处理对水稻酯酶活性无明显影响。 This article researched the growth and changes of physio1ogy activity in rice seedlings being culturedin Solution Zn 2+ ?Cu 2+ ?Mn 2+ and Fe 2+ .The results showed that:upper parts of new leaves of Mn cultural plants twisted,leaf tips turned yellow,the growth of roots was not significantly inhibited.Under Zn and Cu culture,the leaves appeared green yellow,and plant lowered,root length and number of White roots were markedly reduced as compared With those of the control;the leaves of Fe cultural plants appeared deep green,and plant heighten,the growth of roots was good.The SOD activity of Mn cultural rice lowered significantly,but the SOD activity of Cu and Fe cultural rice increased signincantly.There was no change of the activity of esterase With the treated of metal ion.
