摘要
根据自然温度变化规律和两用不育水稻育性遗传变异特点 ,提出了利用自然低温条件筛选不育临界温度低 (2 1℃ )、低温可育度高的两用不育水稻的方法 。
According to the natural law of temperature variations (from Sep. to Oct. each year) and the hereditary variability of fertility of Photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) in rice, the breeding methords and researching progress of PTGMS lines in rice with low sterility inducing critical temperature (21℃) and high fertility under low trmperature (21-15℃) in the conditions of the natural low temperature were discussed.
