摘要
用高频加热 Czochralski法生长了 Yb3+ ,Tm3+ 共掺的 Na Y(WO4) 2 晶体。测量了晶体在室温下的 2 90~ 2 0 0 0 nm内的吸收谱 ,并对跃迁的能级进行了指认。在 972 nm二极管激光器泵浦下观察到 Tm3+ 的 793nm和45 7nm上转换发光 ,研究了 NYW晶体中 Yb3+ 向 Tm3+
Thulium and ytterbium co doped double tungstates NaY(WO 4) 2 crystals were prepared by using RF heating Czochralski(CZ)pulling method.Its absorption spectra have been recorded in the region of 290~2 000 nm at room temperature.The transitions of the energy levels were assigned.The up conversion fluorescences at 793 nm and 475 nm were measured when the sample were pumped by 972 nm LD and the energy transfer mechanism between Yb 3+ and Tm 3+ ions was analyzed.
