摘要
综述了Ｅｒ ：ＹＡＧ激光器的发展概况，较详细介绍了２．９４μｍ激光与生物组织作用特点，指出Ｅｒ：ＹＡＧ激光器的关键技术问题，并展望了在医学上的应用前景。
Develpmental survey of Er:YAG laser are summarized in this paper. The Characteristics of interactions of 2.94 μm laser with biont is described, and key technology problems of Er.YAG laser are analyzed for development of medicine application.
