摘要
测定了20例良性增生及7例正常人前列腺组织内DHT含量及胞核和胞浆内5α-还原酶活性。结果显示人BPH腺体DHT含量较正常组显著增高(分别为2.83±1.06和1.06±0.84ng/mgDNA,P<0.001)。BPH组胞核与胞浆中5α-还原酶活性亦明显高于正常组(分别为217.4±89.5和126.6±26.1,P<0.05;19.6±5.1和14.2±3.5 pmol/(mg蛋白·30min),P<0.02),酶活性主要集中于细胞核。表明DHT含量改变与酶活性结果一致,皆与BPH的发生相关。
The DHT content and specific activity of 5α-reductase in the
separated nuclei and cytosol fractions from 20 cases of BPH and 7 cases of
normal human prostates have been measured individually.The results indicat
that the content of DHT in BPH group is about 2.7 times higher than that
in normal group.And the significant increased activity of 5α- reductase has
been found in BPH group and the activity is predominantly in nuclei.So
our experiments Support that the identical elevation of DHT content and
5α-reductase activity may be related to the pathogenesis of human BPH.
