摘要
为修补室间隔缺损,取经右心房切口通过三尖瓣口术式者50例,取经右心室切口术式者30例,前者造成的心肌损伤小,异位心律和右束支传导阻滞发生率,前者是14%,后者是33.3%;心脏自动复跳率,前者是34%,后者是16.7%,且前者术后恢复快。
Less damage to myocardium will be caused by the way of
repairing VSD through right atrial incision.By the same way the mor-
bidity of postoperative right bundle branch block and other cardiac arrhyth-
mia is relatively lower.The rate of spontaneous rebeating of the heart
is relatively high.Postoperative recovery is good and quick.Comparison
of the 50 cases with those 30 cases through right ventricular incision is
carried out,and the result shows that those through right atrial incision
has 14% rate of RBBB,while those with right ventricular incision
33.3% The former has 34% spontaneous rebeating of heart while the
latter 16.7%.
