Study on Equipment Matching of Fully Mechanized Top-Coal Caving Face

对综放工作面设备的选型配套，特别是前后部刮板输送机能力的合理匹配和移架速度的可靠性进行了较为详细的分析。指出了影响综放工作面前后部刮板输送机能力匹配的主要因素是采放高度比；移架—割煤系统中采支速度比的选取应满足一定的可靠度要求。

This paper analyzes the equipment matching of fully mechanized top-coal caving face, especially the capacity matching of the scraper conveyors in front and behind and the reliability of support moving velocity. The results indicate that the main factor influencing the capacity matching of the conveyors in front and behind is the ratio of mining height to caving height. The selection of the ratio of coal cutting velocity to support moving velocity must meet a higher reliability.
