摘要
The original dust collecting system in the rotary dehydrator for drying chalk stone is consist of two stages the first is cyclone dust collector, the second is water- bathing dust collector. Due to wet chalk stone, higher yield and powder mote, the density of dust form bleed off stack is still amount to 1000/m3 over the 150mg/ m3 which is the national standard of China (GB4915). In the paper, the three- stage dust collecting system is introduced, the first is sedimentation chamber, the second is cyclone dust conductor, and the last is baghose precipitator. According to the three-stage system, a new dust collecting system in the rotary dehydrator is reconstructed, the density of dust form is lower than 115mg/m3.
