为了确保矿用自卸车在严寒地区矿山自动润滑系统的润滑过程的正常进行，就防冻０＃极压锂基润滑脂调配、使用寿命、注脂时间设定以及如何预防脂的劣化和自动润滑系统冲洗进行了比较深入的研究，并提出了一些合理性建议。

In order to ensure that the lubricating process of the auto-lubricating system of mine self-dumping truck can be normally operated in freezing zone, the paper discusses and investigates in detail how to prepare 0# noncongealable extreme pressure lithium-base lubricant, its service life, how to set oiling time of auto-lubricating system, how to prevent the grease from metamorphosing and how to wash the auto-lubricating system, and gives some reasonable proposals, which will be beneficial to operation and maintenance of the auto-lubricating system of mine self-dumping truck in freezing zone.
