人类胚胎卵巢组织发生的形态学观察 被引量:2

摘要 用50例人胚卵巢标本观察了卵巢的组织发生过程。结果显示,6周前性腺呈未分化状,7周后可辨认卵巢。26周前表面上皮由多层细胞构成,内有散在的卵原细胞。23周后有上皮内褶形成。11~13周出现皮质索,14~16周皮质索断裂为细胞团。初级卵母细胞减数分裂相初见于14周,原始卵泡初见于17~18周。35周后于皮质深层可见含多层颗粒细胞的生长卵泡。30周后具备明显的白膜。 The histogenesis of human embryonic ovary was studied with 5 embryonic gonads and 45 fetal ovaries.The result are as follows:before 6 weeks of gestation,the gonads are undifferentiated and the ovaries can be recognized at 7 weeks.Before 26 weeks the surface epithelum of the ovaries contains germ cells and is stratified.Infoldings of the surface epithelium can be found after 23 weeks.The cortical cords appear at 11-13 weeks and are split into isolated cell clusters at 14-16 weeks.The meiosis figures of the primary oocytes are first found at 14 weeks and the formation of primordial follicles begins at 17-18 weeks.After 35 weeks large growing follicles con- taining many layers of granulosa cells can be found in the deep region of the cortex.The tunica albuginea is clearly visible after 30 weeks.
