经食管床全胃代食管术治疗高位食管癌(附70例报告)

THROUGH ESOPHAGEAL BED FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ESOPHAGUS BY USING TOTAL STOMACH FOR SUPERIOR ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA:WITH A REPORT OF 70 CASES

用经食管床全胃代食管术治疗高位食管癌70例,近期疗效良好。本术式要点是经右胸游离切除全胸段食管,经腹游离全胃,并常规行幽门成形及管状胃缝缩术,将制备的粗管状胃经后纵隔食管床递送于左颈部,再与食管(咽)吻合。

From Sep.1985 to Dec.1989,we had performed the operation of through esophageal bed for reconstruction of the esophagus by using total stomach for superior esophageal carcinoma 70 cases.The result of them were excellence.The main points of the operative procedure include through right thoracotomy for dissecting and removing the whole thoracic esophagus, through laparotomy for mobilizing the whole stomach and performing pyloricplasty.Then hung up the mobilized tubelike stomach passthrough hiatal and along the posterior mediastinal space,esophageal bed,to the neck.At last,esophago(Laryngo)gastrostomy should be done in the left neck incision.
