The effects of primary factors on the yield and the purity of product were discussed, under the optimum conditions ,the yield and the purity of beet alkali can reach 90.3% and 99.1%, respectively. The process has these advantages which are simplified operation, easy drying ,high yield,high purity, low cost and easy application and dissemination et al.
