摘要
观察了111例乳腺癌患者患侧乳头组织的标本,38例的乳头组织被癌细胞浸润,但程度不同,以发生于乳头区内的肿瘤为重。乳腺外周象限的肿瘤可能以直接蔓延的方式累及乳头组织,在未受癌细胞累及的部分乳头组织中有乳腺导管上皮细胞的轻度增生性改变。
This paper presents pathologic changes of the nipple-areola
in 111 patients with breast cancer.In this study,we analysed the corre-
lation of nipple-areola tissue with some clinical and pathologic features.
The possibility of retaining the nipple-areola in patients with breast cancer
after radical mastectomy was discussed.In this study nipple involvement
occured in 38(34%).As might be expected,the primary tumor locating
beneath the nipple more frequently invaded nipple tissue including the
epidermis(100%),compared with the tumor occuring in the periphery
of breast(23.9%).There are some types of hyperplastic changes present-
ing in nipple tissue without involvement by tumor.
