摘要
用Varian SpectrAA-40p原子吸收分光光度计火焰原子化和电热石墨管原子化法测定150例怀有神经管缺损(neural tube defects,NTD)胎儿的孕妇,怀正常胎儿孕妇和健康未孕妇女血清中铜、锌、镉含量。统计处理结果表明,1.NTD组血清铜、锌含量显著低于正常孕妇组(P<0.01),血清镉显著高于正常孕妇组(P<0.01)。2.正常孕妇血清锌显著低于健康未孕妇女,铜显著高于健康未孕妇女(P<0.01),而血清镉两组间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。3.NTD组血清铜-锌呈正相关(r=0.238,P<0.05),正常孕妇组铜-锌呈高度负相关(r=-0.424,P<0.01),NTD组和正常孕妇组铜与镉,锌与镉无线性关系。提示NTD组母体血清铜和锌同步下降;胎儿神经管缺损与母体铜、锌缺乏、镉过高有关。注意孕早期母体铜、锌营养的补充对满足胎儿正常发育需要、抑制镉毒性、减少畸胎发生率是十分重要的。
Serum Copper,Zinc and Cadmium contents in 50 pregnant
women with neural tube defects(NTD group)of their fetus,50 normal
pregnant women(control group Ⅰ)and 50 healthy unpregnant women
(control group Ⅱ)were measured with a model varian Spectr AA-40 atomic
absorption spectrophotometer.
The results showed that 1.Serum Cu,Zn contents in NTD group
are significantly lower than these in control group Ⅰ(P<0.01).Their
serum Cd contents are obviously higher than those in control group Ⅰ and
control group Ⅱ(P<0.01).2.Serum Zn contents in control group Ⅰ
are remarkable lower than those in control group Ⅱ(P<0.01).3.In
NTD group,serum Cu,Zn are positively related(r=0.238,P<0.05).
In control group Ⅰ serum Cu,Zn are highly negative related(r=
-0.424,P<0.01).
This study indicates that the neural tube defects of fetus results from
synergistic action of Cu,Zn deficiency and high level of Cd in their
mother.We suggest that the nutrient supplement with Cu,Zn during
the early period of pregnancy can not only inhibit the toxicity of Cd to
lead to malformation of fetus but also meet the needs for the growth of
fetus,so it is of great important in aristogenesis.
