摘要
通过低温焦油作为合成水煤浆添加剂的原料 ,综合考虑了影响合成试验的主要因素 ,并利用所制得的添加剂测定与其煤本身的润湿热及制浆 ,并将其制浆结果与萘磺酸甲醛缩合物 (2 0 2 4 )添加剂的性能相比较 ,找出性能最优的添加剂 ,并确定最佳合成条件。
A low temperature tar is used as a raw material of the composite additive for coal water mixture and is the main factor to comprehensively consider the influence of the composite test. The additive prepared was applied to measure the wetting thermal between the additive and coal and to prepare coal water mixture. The results of the coal water mixture prepared with the additive were compared with the performances of the naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensation product (2024). A additive with best performances was found and optimized composite conditions were settled.
