摘要
研究了8例空蝶鞍的发生机理、漏斗征及鉴别诊断。作者认为造影剂强化直接冠状位CT扫描检查可确诊本症,对可疑患者再行脑池造影。
Eight patients with empty sella were reported.The etiology,infundibulum sign and the related differential diagnosis were discussed and emphased that empty sella can be diagnosed with contrast enhancement coronal CT scan.If any suspicion,cisternography combined with CT scanning makes the diagnosis definate.
