摘要
作者研究的喉疾病检测系统以IBM微机为主体组成,软件包括操作指导、采样、数据管理、频谱分析、相关分析及声图。分析曲线及参数或屏幕显示或由绘图仪绘出。三维四彩色声谱图显示时间、频率与声强的关系。三维彩图显示中设一可移动光标,可选任一时刻进行切面频谱分析及显示参数。使用本系统检测和分析了7种喉疾病101例的声信号及102例正常人嗓音的声信号,通过参数及图形比较,为喉疾病早期诊断治疗提供了量化信息。
The system based on the microcomputer IBM-PC/XT.The software of the system consists of 6 functional modules:operating instru-otion,sampling,management of data,analysis of spectrogram,analysis of correlogram and sonagram.Graphs and parameter tables can be displayed on the screen or plotted on pieces of paper.The 4-color sonagram shows three.dimensions:time,frequency and intensity.Mobile cursor in the sonagram can be used to select some time points to analyse in detail with spectrograms and corresponding parameters.A total of 101 patients with 7 kinds of laryngeal diseases and 102 normal subjects were subjected to the computer system analysis of their voices.Objectively quantitative information for early diagnosis of laryngeal disease can be obtained.
