类胰岛素生长因子与胎儿生长发育关系的研究

The relationship between insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and fetal growth.

目的 探讨类胰岛素生长因子 (insulin likegrowthfactor 1,IGF 1)与胎儿生长发育的关系。 方法 对 38例正常儿、2 0例母体糖尿病新生儿和 15例巨大儿的足月分娩前母血及脐血进行IGF 1测定 ,明确IGF 1与新生儿体重和身长的关系。结果 正常足月分娩的脐血IGF 1值平均为 70 μg/L ,脐血IGF 1和新生儿体重和身长均呈正相关。母血IGF 1是脐血IGF 1的 2 87倍 ,母血IGF 1和脐血IGF 1呈明显正相关。糖尿病组母血和脐血的IGF 1均高于正常组 ,巨大儿组的母血IGF 1高于正常组。结论 IGF 1是促进胎儿生长发育的一种细胞因子。孕期母血IGF 1监测可以预测胎儿生长发育情况。

Objective To explore the relation between insulin like growth factor 1(IGF 1)and fetal growth.Methods IGF 1 was assayed in maternal and umbilical cord before term delivery in 38 normal pregnancies(N group), 20 pregnancies with diabetes(DM group) and 15 pregnancies with Macrosomia (M group). To clearify the relation between IGF 1 and neonatal weight and length.Results The IGF 1 of umbilical cord was about 70μg/L in normal term pregnancy.IGF 1 of umbilical cord is positively related with neonatal weight and length. The IGF 1 of maternity was 2 87 times that of umbilical cord. IGF 1 of maternity was positively related with that of umbilical cord. The IGF 1 of maternity and umbilical cord in DM group were higher than that in N group. The IGF 1 of maternity in M group was higher than that in N group. Conclusion IGF 1 is a factor that stimulates the fetal growth. The assay of maternal IGF 1 can predict the condition of fetal growth and development.
