摘要
Caspase(cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase)是一类特异性裂解天门冬氨酸残基的半胱氨酸蛋白酶大家族,它是各种生理和病理的刺激下引起细胞凋亡进入终末途径的始动子和执行者.本文就Caspase的生物学特性以及与病毒感染的关系作一综述.
