摘要
目的探讨小细胞淋巴瘤中细胞周期蛋白D1的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化方法对31例石蜡包埋的小细胞淋巴瘤组织进行CD20、CD45RO及细胞周期蛋白D1检测。结果28例为B细胞性淋巴瘤,其中5例细胞周期蛋白D1呈阳性表达(17.86%),且结内、结外型表达无显著差异(P>0.05),为套细胞淋巴瘤;3例为T小细胞性淋巴瘤,细胞周期蛋白D1表达呈阴性。结论细胞周期蛋白D1是套细胞淋巴瘤最具特征性的表达蛋白,是与其他小细胞淋巴瘤鉴别和确诊的重要指标,对治疗和预后有重要的指导作用。
Objective To observetheexpressionof cyclinD1andexploreitsclinicalsignificancein smallcelllymphoma.Methods Immunohistochemicalmethodwasusedto detecttheexpressionof CD20, CD45RO andcyclinD1in31formalin-fixedandparaffin-embeddedtissuesamplesof humansmallcelllymphomas.Results Twenty-eightcaseswerecategorized intoB celllymphomaand3intoT celllymphoma.Only5casesof B celllymphomahadcyclinD1expression(17.86%)that did not significantlydifferbetweennodaland extranodallymphomas(P>0.05),indicatingthe presenceof mantlecell lymphoma.Conclusion Theoverexpressionof cyclinD1is a highlycharacteristicandspecificindicatorthatdiscriminates mantlecelllymphomafromothersmallcelllymphomas,andthisproteinmayoffercritialguidancefortherapeuticprotocol andprognosticestimation.
