奥美拉唑三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡的临床观察

Combined Omeprazole and Metronidazole and Amoxycillin for H.pylori in Duodenal Bulbar Ulcer Patients

目的 :观察奥美拉唑三联疗法的作用 ,来探索较理想的治疗幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的方案。方法 :Hp阳性的十二指肠球部溃疡 194例 ,分为两组 ,A组 :奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,甲硝唑 40 0mg ,阿莫西林 1g ,均为 2次 /d ,口服 ,疗程 14d。B组 :奥美拉唑 2 0mg ,每日 2次 ,口服 ,疗程 14天。结果 :两种治疗方法均有较好疗效 ,两组比较差异无显著性 ;但复发率两者比较 ,前者明显低于后者 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of combined omeprazole,metronidazole and amoxycillin for H.pylori.Methods 194 cases of duodenal bulbar ulcer with positive H.pylori were randomly divided into two groups:the therapeutic group and the control group.The former group received combined therapy,20 mg of omeprazole and 400 mg of metronidazole and 1 g of amoxycillin orally twice a day for a course of 14 days;the latter group 20 mg of omeprazole twice a day for a period of 14 days.Results Both of the therapies had a good effect and there was no significant difference between the two groups,but there was significant difference in recurrence rate between them( P <0.01).
