Casting of Post Core Investment by Indirect Method and Its Application

目的 :用间接法制作铸造桩核熔模。方法 :对 40例患者 ,共 5 8颗牙采用间接法制作铸造桩核熔模。结果 :5 8颗牙采用间接法制作铸造桩核熔模 ,其中 5 5颗桩核就位顺利 ,成功率 95 %。结论 :此方法操作简单 ,减少了修复试戴铸造桩核的时间 ,成功率高 。

Objective To cast post core investment by indirect method. Methods Post core investment was casted by indirect method for 58 teeth in 40 patients.Results Of 58 teeth,insertion was successful in 55,the success rate was 95 %.Conclusion The technique is simple ,needs less time for trial post core,and has a higer success rate and favourable effect.
