摘要
女阴疼痛是指女性外阴的一种慢性疼痛性疾病,是一种外阴的感觉异常,常以烧灼、刺痛、刺激感及粗糙为其特征.女阴疼痛并非是一种机械性心身疾病,而常常与各种躯体性因素,特别是皮肤病方面的因素有关.因此必须全面地收集病史及认真地进行体格检查,以便做出正确的鉴别诊断(表1). 表1
