彩超对法洛氏四联症血流动力学变化的研究

Hemodynamical Study of Tetralogy of Fallot by Color Doppler Flow Imaging

目的 评价彩超对法洛氏四联症血流动力学变化的研究价值。方法 应用彩超测量心室水平左向右分流血流速度 ,主动脉与左室舒张末期内径的比值 ,结果与手术所见进行对照。结果 65例手术对照病例中发现主动脉越宽 ,左房室越小 ,手术效果越差 ,彩超测量左向右分流速度越慢。结论 彩超能为手术提供法洛氏四联症患者心脏解剖及病理生理学方面的资料 ,能准确判断病情的严重程度 。

S Objective To assess the value of color Doppler flow imaging in studying the hemodynamics of tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Sixty five patients which were confirmed by surgery were examined in this study,measuring the velocity of left-to-right shunt by doppler flow imaging and calculating the ratio of aorta diameter and left ventricle diastole diameter,and then comparing the data with those acquired from surgery. We used ATL HDI Ultramark 9 and HDI 5000 color Doppler ultrasound system.Results In this research,we found that the wider the aorta,the smaller the left ventricular,and the surgery effect would be poor,the velocity of left-to-right shunt would be slower.Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging,which provides the abundant information on anatomy and pathophysiology of tetralogy of Fallot,can accurately evaluate the severity of congenital heart diseases and assess the efficacy of surgery.
