儿童睾丸疾病的声像图表现及鉴别诊断

Sonographic Appearance and Differential Diagnosis of the Testicle Diseases in Children

目的 分析儿童睾丸疾病的声像图特征 ,探讨其诊断及鉴别诊断。方法 应用二维及彩色多普勒观察5 2例病变的形态、结构、内部回声及血供情况 ,并经手术、病理及临床证实。结果 急性睾丸炎 2 6例 ;睾丸扭转 8例 ;睾丸肿瘤 9例 ;睾丸血肿 6例 ;睾丸微小结石症 2例 ;多睾症 1例。本文分析了各例的声像图特征。结论 超声在儿童睾丸疾病的诊断中具有较高的敏感性和特异性 ,无创伤 ,简便易行 ,可为临床诊断、治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective To study the sonographic characteristics of testicle diseases in children.Methods 50 patient with suspected testicle disease were examined by 2D ultrasound first to display the morphological changes and the internal echoes,then the blood perfusion was observed by CDFI.The results were compared with those of operation and pathology and medical treatment.Results Acute testitis in 26 case, testicular torsion in 8 cses,testiculer tumor 9 case,hematomata of testicle in 6case,testiculer microlithiasis in 2 case. The ultrasonographic patterns of various testicle diseases were analyzed.Conclusion The ultrasound is a non-traumatic,highly sensitive and specific method in diagnosing the testicle diseases in children.It provide a great deal of reliable basises for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
