摘要
研究了 18例新鲜尸体 C2— T1段颈椎压缩应力松驰、蠕变特性。测定了完整颈椎 (正常组 )及模拟前路、后路手术 (对照组 )颈椎的应力松驰和蠕变效应。得出了在恒应变、应力条件下应力、应变—时间曲线及数据。用回归分析的方法处理实验数据 ,得出了归一化应力松驰函数、蠕变函数及曲线。椎板成形术及颈椎前路间盘摘除减压植骨术都使颈椎的黏弹性降低 。
This is a research on the characteristics of stress relaxation and creep of cervical vertebra(c2-t1 of fresh body (18 cases). The effect of stress relaxation and creep of cervical vertebra was detected by simulating front and back routes operation. Reduced curve and data in the constant strain and stress were obtained. By using regression analysis method the reduced relaxation and creep functions were acquired. The experimental result showed the decrease of viscoelasticity in simulating operation conditions.
