摘要
阐述解放后我国城市住宅户型的发展历程以及当前新经济条件下城市住宅户型的特点,分析了未来城市住宅户型演进的方向。
This article explains the development of urban house type of our country after liberation and its characteristica in present new economic condition,and analyses the trend of fu-ture utban house type.
