常州怡康花园14#房为加拿大发展署与中国建设部的建筑节能合作项目,根据常州地处夏热冬冷地区的特点,采用双层玻璃PVC塑料窗、KPI多孔砖,东西山墙用膨胀珍珠岩水泥砂浆粉刷等多种节能材料和节能措施,降低室内能耗,改善室内物理环境。
The14#Building of Yikang Garden in Changzhou is a cooperative energy-saving building project between the Canadian Development Bureau and the Chinese Ministry of Construsction.In accordance with the characteristics of hot in summer and cold in winter in Changzhou,many energy-saving materials and measures are adopted such as PVC plastic windows with souble-layer glass,KPI perforated brick,brushing expanded perlite cement plaster on eastern and western gables to reduce indoor energy consumption and improve indoor physical environment.
