摘要
在金桥苑住宅楼人工挖孔桩施工中 ,因地质勘察失误 ,在 B幢中原设计选择的残积粘土持力层实际上分布有岩石层和残积粉质粘土软层 ,因而造成一部分桩落在岩石上 ,另一部分桩落在软土上。由于误把残积粉质粘土当作残积粘土持力层 ,使得 B幢已浇灌好的人工挖孔灌注桩无法达到设计的承载力要求。经技术经济比较 ,采用旋喷桩地基加固处理后 ,满足了设计和使用要求 ,收到了良好的效果。对类似工程的地基处理有一定的借鉴作用。
There are rock and residual silty clay in fact where is residual clay designed originally for building No, B during the period of hand dig hole pile construction for Jinqiao Residential Quarter due to mistake of geotechnical investigation. So some piles are in the rock and others are in the residual silty clay being soft. Some hand dig hole pile can't meet demands designed because of regarding residual silty clay as residual clay. By comparing of technology and economy, it shows that the effect of soil improvement adopting rotary Jet grouted pile is batter, which meet demands designed. There's mach in the method that we can use of similar to this.
