Centering on the resolving of key technical problems and issues related to technical management in the construction of Building A,a high rising shear wall structurde residential apartment for the staff of Fujian No.6 Construction Engineering Company,this paper puts forward that in order to create high level quality works,the state mandatory standards should be strictly implementde and it is the prerequisite to make a project to achieve advanced technical levles and the expected results.
