中低热高掺量混合材复合水泥的性能研究

摘要 研究了一种高混合材掺量的复合水泥诸多方面的性能。结果表明,熟料掺量分别为50%、40%、30%的复合水泥的ISO强度,均可达到42.5R等级。另外,该复合水泥是一种低钙、富硅、富铝的水泥,其长期强度增进率大、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能好、干缩值较小、渗透系数小、水化热低,但抗碳化性能较差。 The performance of a kind of low and moderate heat composite cement with high volume of blending materials was studied. The results indicate that the ISO strength of composite cement with the clinker addition of 50%, 40%and 30%can conform to the requirement of 42.5R. Moreover, the composite cement is a kind of low calcium, high silica and alumina rich cement with large long term strength gain, good sulfate resistance, low dry shrinkage, small permeability, and low heat. The carbonation resistance however is relatively low.
