眼压与非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的关系

A relativity of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with intraocular pressure

目的 探讨眼压与非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变 (nonarteriticanteriorischemicopticneuropathy,NAION)的关系。方法 对 1 6例 ( 1 9只眼 )NAION和无视神经病变对照组患者2 0例 ( 2 0只眼 )的眼压峰值及压差的平均数进行比较。结果 眼压峰值超过 2 1mmHg者在NAION组有 6例 ( 6只眼 ) ,对照组中有 2例 ( 2只眼 )。NAION组和对照组峰值眼压平均数分别为 1 9 90mmHg±2 4 6mmHg和 1 8 0 6mmHg± 1 97mmHg,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ;压差分别为 4 92mmHg± 1 3 2mmHg和 3 92mmHg± 1 3 5mmHg (P <0 0 5)。结论 眼压的升高特别是峰值眼压的升高和眼压波动范围的增大可能是发生非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的危险因素之一。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between intraocular pressure(IOP)and nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION).METHODS Peak value of IOP and range of IOP in 16 patients (19 eyes) with NAION were compared with 20 patients (20 eyes)without optic neuropathy in the control group.RESULTS The peak IOP exceeded 21mmHg in 6 eye of 6 patients with NAION, but only 2 eyes in the control group.The mean peak IOP in the NAION group and the control group were 19.90mmHg±2.46mmHg and 18.06mmHg±1.97mmHg respectively(P<0.01).Pressure differences were 4.92mmHg±1.32mmHg and 3.92mmHg±1.35mmHg respectively in the NAION group and control group. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Raised IOP ,especially the higher peak and fluctuating range of IOP may be one of risk factors for occurrence of NAION.
