Determination of trimethoprim in yanteling tablets with differential spectrophotometry

目的 :不经分离直接测定炎特灵片中甲氧苄啶的含量。方法 :采用差示分光光度法。结果 :该法的平均回收率为 10 0 2 % ,(RSD =0 30 % ,n =5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速。

Objective: The content of trimethoprim in the Yanteling tablets was determined derecte without any separation.Methods: Differetial spectrophotometry was used.Results: The average recovery of the method was 100.2%.(RSD=0 30%, n =5) Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
