医院合作经营是一种对计划经济下“国家包、独家办”僵化的办医体制进行变革的新型集体经营方式 ,本文简要阐述医院合作经营的内涵、特点、基本原则、主要形式及实施管理办法 ,对推进医院合作经营提出意见和建议。

Cooperative management is a new type collective management that reforms the rigid run-by-state-only system under the planning economy. In this paper, the connotation, characteristics, essential principles, main forms, executive and management policies of hospital cooperative management are briefly introduced. Complaints and suggestions are presented to propel hospital cooperative management.
