摘要
目的 为了解动脉化静脉肌皮瓣运用的可行性。方法 选择家兔为实验动物 ,设计制作以与股动脉吻合的股静脉为供血支 ,以隐动脉为回流支的动脉化静脉肌皮瓣模型 ,与生理皮瓣进行观察对比及图像扫描分析。结果 动脉化静脉肌皮瓣的血流分布与成活率和生理皮瓣有差异 ,但不十分显著( 0 .0 1<P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在一定的条件下 ,动脉化静脉肌皮瓣可作为生理皮瓣的代替皮瓣运用。
To study the application possibility of arterialization vein musclecutaneous flap.Methods Rabbits were taken as animal model.In the model the femoral vein was anastomosed to femoral artery to supply blood and great saphenous artery was anastomosed to femoral vein for blood circumflumen.This flap was compared with physiologic myocutaneous flap and the morphologic analysis of blood flow distribution was examined.Results There is difference in blood flow distribution and survival rate between arterializations vein flap and physiologic flap,but it is not very significant(0.01<P<0.05).Conclusion Arterialization vein musclеcutaneous flap can be applied as the substitute of physiologic flap in some circumference.
