拇趾腓侧皮瓣嵌入第二足趾跖侧再造拇、手指

Reconstructing thumb or finger with the great toe fibular skin flap embedded in the second toe metatarsal side

目的 介绍用拇趾腓侧皮瓣修饰第二足趾移植再造拇、手指的新方法。方法 对 13例手指缺如病人利用第一跖背动脉、第一跖底动脉与趾底固有动脉之间存在的相互吻合 ,在切取第二足趾的同时携带拇趾腓侧皮瓣 ,并将其嵌入第二足趾跖侧 ,消除第二足趾中段狭细的形态。结果 13例 14个再造的拇、手指及携带的皮瓣全部成活 ,再造拇手、指外形非常满意 ,感觉恢复良好。结论 该方法是游离足趾移植再造形态更佳的手指的良好方法 ,且对拇趾供区的外形及功能无明显影响。

To introduce a new method of beautifying the second toe to thumb or finger with great toe fibular skin flap.Methods To thicken the narrow of the second toe with great toe fibular skin flap embedded in it in the light of the anastomosis of the first metatarsal dorsal artery,the first plantar metatarsal artery and the plantar toe inherent artery,this operation was performed on 13 cases,14 reconstructing fingers clinically.Results All reconstructed thumbs or fingers of 13 cases survived,the shape and sensory function were satisfactory.Conclusion This operation is a good method of reconstructing thumb or finger with the second toe,and there is little influence on the great toe which provided the great toe fibular skin flap.
