摘要
目的:研究骨质疏松时种植体周围骨愈合的变化。方法:选用32周龄雌性SD大鼠随机分成对照组和实验组;实验组行双侧卵巢切除术,而对照组接受假手术。术后12周于大鼠胫骨处植入纯钛螺纹状种植体,并于种植术后4周及12周分两批处死大鼠;标本制作带种植体的不脱钙切片,行组织学观察及骨计量学测量。结果:实验组结合骨板宽度、骨小梁直径、松质骨区种植体-骨接触率及松质骨区骨量比对照组明显降低,差异有显著性。结论:实验性骨质疏松可阻碍种植体与骨组织的结合,使种植体周围骨小梁减少,结合骨板及骨小梁变得菲薄,从而会降低骨组织对种植体的支持。
Objective: To investigate the effect of osteoporosis on bone healing around titanium implants. Methods:Thirty six 32-week - old female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups. Ovariectomy was performed in rats of experimental group, while rats in control group received sham - operation. Twelve weeks after surgery, pure screw titanium implants were placed in the proximal metaphyses of the tibiae of rats in both groups.The rats were killed at 4 and 12 weeks after implant surgery. Undecalcified sections with implants were examined histologically to quantify the changes of new bone around titanium implants. Results: The contact of implants with new bone , the density of trabecular bone around implants , the thickness of interface bone lamella and trabula in cancel-lous area all decreased in experimental group compared with control group. Conclusion:Experimental osteoporosis blocks bone healing around titanium implants in ovariectomized rats and this may decrease the support of bone to titanium implants.
