α_1-受体阻滞剂与中成药联合治疗良性前列腺增生症

Combining α_1-receptor Antagonist and Chinese Pharmacist-prepared Medicine for Treating Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

目的:探讨应用α_1-受体阻滞剂与中成药联合治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法:采用盐酸特拉唑嗪与泽桂癃爽胶囊联合治疗60例BPH患者。结果:患者经治疗8周后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(MFR)、残余尿(Ru)有明显改善(P<0.01),前列腺体积(Pvol)、生活质量评分(QOL)也有较明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:特拉唑嗪与泽桂癃爽胶囊联合治疗BPH有一定疗效,可作为一种有效、安全的治疗方法。

Objective: To probe the curative effect of combination of α1-receptor antagonist and Chinese pharmacist - prepared medicine for treating benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Method: Sixty cases with BPH were treated with combination of terzaosin hydrochloride tablets and zeguilongshuang capsule. Results: Eight weeks after IPSS, MFR and Ru were obviously improved( P < 0.01), Pvol and QOL were improved, too ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Combined administration of terazosin hydrochloride tablets and zeguilongshuang capsule is quite effective in treating BPH.So this is a effective and safe therapy for BPH.
