摘要
目的 :探索一种简便的大鼠自体原位小肠移植动物模型。 方法 :以Wistar大鼠 2 0只为实验对象 ,麻醉下切除远侧回肠、盲肠及结肠大部 ,自腹主动脉逆行插管至肠系膜上动脉 ,结扎阻断肠系膜血供和相应肠段的回流静脉。自导管灌注 4℃乳酸钠林格液 ,经该肠段自肠系膜静脉属支开口流至体外。冷灌流 1h后 ,拔除导管 ,去除阻断线 ,修复腹主动脉穿刺孔 ,结扎开口的肠系膜静脉属支 ,恢复灌流。 结果 :2 0只大鼠中 16只完成上述实验过程 ,3只因大出血死亡 ,1只因麻醉过深死亡。 结论 :本实验动物模型制作较简便 。
Objectives:To obtain a new model of autologous intestinal transplantation in rats. Methods: First, resect the terminal ileum, cecum and partial colon. Then, the catheter was inserted into superior mesentary artery from abdominal aorta. Meanwhile, superior mesentary artery and vein were blocked. Linger's solution in 4℃ were irrigated into the intestinal segment. One hour later, the catheter was removed. The reperfusion was established. Results: The experiments were complished in 16 of 20 rats. Three rats died of hemorrhage shock and 1 died of deep anaesthesia. Conclusions: It's suggested that the technique is easy and the model is suit to study the intestinal preservation in intestinal transplantation.
