摘要
目的 :观察脑电图对儿童散发性脑炎的早期临床诊断及预后的价值。方法 :对 43例临床确诊为散发性脑炎的脑电图进行观察分析。结果 :脑电图在散发性脑炎的早期就有明显的改变 ( 10 0 % ) ,预后与临床症状呈正相关系。结论
Objective: To study the value of EEG in early clinic diagnosis and prognosis of sporadic encephalitis in children.Methods: 43 case′s of EEG of children with sporadic encephalitis were studied.Results: Obviously changes in EEG appear in early stage of sporadic encephalitis in children(100%) and it correlate positively with clinic symptom and prognosis of the disease.Conclusion: EEG hare a certain value in early clinic diagnosis and prognosis of sporadic encephalitis in children.
