超临界萃取法提取川芎中有效成分的研究

Studies on extraction of active ingredients from Ligusticum chuanxiong by supercritical fluid extraction

目的 考察影响超临界萃取川芎中有效成分的因素。方法 采用正交试验法 ,以超临界萃取为提取条件 ,以提取液中阿魏酸含量为考察指标 ,对影响阿魏酸提取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果 优选出川芎中阿魏酸的最佳超临界萃取条件。结论 提取阿魏酸的最佳 SFE条件是 :萃取罐的温度 70℃、萃取压力 35 MPa、CO2 流量2 5 kg/ h,萃取时间 2 .5 h。
