肝脾舒颗粒调血脂作用实验研究

Studies on blood lipid regulating effects of GANPISHU INSTANT GRANULE

目的 研究肝脾舒颗粒对大鼠实验性高脂血症的调脂作用。方法 采用喂养法建立高脂血症大鼠模型 ,测定各项生化指标。结果 肝脾舒颗粒可明显降低血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL -C)、载脂蛋白 B(apo B)的含量 ,提高 HDL- C/TC比值。结论 肝脾舒颗粒具有良好的降血脂作用 ,这为肝脾舒颗粒的开发应用提供了重要依据。
