摘要
基于草酸对荧光试剂 2 ,2 ,7,7,1 2 ,1 2 ,1 7,1 7 八甲基 2 1 ,2 2 ,2 3,2 4 四氧杂四烯镁 (MgTOE)的荧光熄灭 ,建立了测定微量草酸的荧光分析方法。在pH4.0NaAc HAc缓冲体系中 ,测定的最大激发波长和发射波长分别为 2 4 5nm和2 98nm ,测定草酸浓度的线性范围为 6.1× 1 0 - 6mol/L~ 8.2× 1 0 - 4 mol/L ,检出限为 8 2× 1 0 - 7mol/L。
A new and sensitive fluorimetric method for determination of trace oxalate was reported. It was based on quenching effect of oxalate on the fluorescence of 2,2,7,7,12,12,17,17 octamethyl 21,22,23,24 tetraoxaquaterene Mg(MgTOE). In NaAc HAc buffer solution of pH 4.0, the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of MgTOE were found to be 245 nm and 298 nm, respectively. The linear range of determination for oxalate 6.1×10 -6 mol/L~8.2×10 -4 mol/L with detection limit of 8.2×10 -7 mol/L. This method was used to determine trace oxalate in spinach and urine samples satisfactory results.
