Determination of Trace Impurities in High Purity Metal Tin by Ultrasonic Nebulization Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 建立了高纯锡锭中砷、锑、镉等12种痕量杂质元素的超声雾化-ICP-AES测定方法。考察了基体对杂质元素的干扰影响。采用HCl+H2O2沸水浴蒸干排Sn处理,使样品中90%的Sn基体挥发与待测元素分离消除基体干扰。方法快速、准确,具有比气动雾化更低的检出限,回收率为88%~103%,RSD均小于5%。 A method of determining 12 trace elemental impurities like As, Sb,Cd etc. in high purity metal tin by utrasonic nebulization inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry is reported. The effect of the matrix concentration on the determined elements was investigated. To avoid the influence of matrix, the sample was treated by adding hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid and evaporated to dryness by waterbath, to separate the 90% of tin from elements determined. This treatment method is simple and rapid with lower detection limits than common aerosol generator. Testing results show that recovery for the elements determined is from 88% to 103%, and RSD is below 5%.
